First, our wedding.
Then, an idea from the heart.
We are Ezgi and Matthias. And we believe the magic of a wedding should begin the moment an invitation is opened.
While planning our own fairytale wedding in Vienna, we dreamed of an invitation as personal as our story, yet practical enough to give our guests all the information they needed and an effortless way to reply. So we designed our own wedding website, with a love of detail, a thoughtful approach to planning and one simple wish: that every guest would feel welcome from the very first moment.
The enthusiastic feedback and questions from our friends took us by surprise. People kept asking if we could create a website like that for their own celebration. We realised just how joyful and stress-free inviting guests could be when beautiful design and thoughtful organisation came together. Our personal project became JA ATELIER.
Now we want to give other couples that very same feeling: an invitation that moves people, a website that feels truly theirs, and more time for the moments that matter most.

Why pay when free wedding websites exist?+
Free builders can be a good choice if you want to design and set up your own website. At JA ATELIER, we take care of that work and tailor the result to your wedding. You pay for design, setup and personal support within your agreed package.
What do we need to prepare?+
You provide wedding information, text, photos, and an invitation or style ideas. We arrange the content. You review the preview and send us your changes together. Matching your stationery is planned from Signature onwards.
How soon will our website be ready, and how many revisions are included?+
That depends on your package, requests and complete content. We agree the delivery date and included revision rounds before booking. We discuss additional requests with you before any extra costs arise.
We already have printed invitations. Can this still work?+
Absolutely. A photo or scan can guide the design. Your website complements your stationery and can be shared by link or QR code.
Can I add guests manually?+
Yes. The guest manager is designed for this, so you can add replies from parents or grandparents who prefer to confirm by phone.
Can guests see who reserved each gift?+
In the planned experience, reserved gifts become unavailable to other guests. We will determine what couples see and how surprises are preserved in the final product.
What happens to photos from our guests?+
Uploaded photos are intended to appear in your private dashboard first. Only photos you approve would become visible to others. The demo uses no real uploads.
Will the invitation preview work on WhatsApp?+
We create a preview image with your names and wedding style. WhatsApp controls how previews display and cache, so the actual result may vary.
Can guests reply differently for different days?+
Yes. Replies can be collected per guest and event, such as ceremony and reception separately.
Can our website be multilingual?+
Yes. Our planned Signature package includes two languages. More can be discussed individually.
Do guests need an app or an account?+
No. A personal link opens directly in a browser, on a phone or computer.
